    Refrigerator

I actually do open the refrigerator door out of a habit. I will open it and look inside the fridge for a second, look inside, not even get anything out and then close it. Refrigerator is either a Pandora or Treasure box for me – You never get to know what is inside.. but.. the anxiety and curiosity drive me open up the refrigerator.. And I will do this throughout the say sometimes and each time I never get anything out of the refrigerator. And this can be when I'm home alone. Like something honestly changed within 10 minutes. I don't know why I open it.. I have food in it, but I never take food out. It is weird!!

For mother earth sake, I should stop this.. this is wasting energy without purpose .. =P

    Type A...

Dr. Meyer Friedman, a heart cardiologist. He observed that in his clinic' waiting room, the chairs badly needed reupholstering. What was unusual was that the chairs were worn down on the front edges of the seats and armrests instead of on the back areas, which would have been more typical.

He later observed that those chairs were sit on the edge of the seat and leaped up frequently, usually to ask how much longer they would have to wait for their appointments to begin. They were as tense as race horses at the gate. And they had heart problems. Was there a link? After some initial observations, the doctors hypothesized that there was a connection. Friedman began some studies.. and developed the Type A & Type B personality theory.

Type A individuals are impatient, insecure about their status, highly competitive, over-ambitious, hostile, aggressive. They are often high and over-achieving workaholics who multi-task, drive themselves with deadlines, and are unhappy about the smallest of delays. Because of these characteristics, Type A individuals are often described as "stress junkies." Type B individuals, are totally opposite, are described as patient, relaxed, less serious and easy-going.

Are you Type A Personality person? I just realized the longer that I’m working with my current firm and current job, the faster I become Type A person.. haizzz.. =(
