    Writers Guild of America strike lasted for 4 months and eventually ended on 12 Feb for good. Everyone’s happi now!
    Waited for 4 and half months, 21 Feb,
    S finally resumed work from her maternity. I had enough of boring Selina hosting my favorite KangXi talk show!
    Lovely Paula Abdul finally released her return music – “
    Dance Like There's No Tomorrow" on 21 Feb. Nice!
    Edison Chen finally has hide enough and showed up on 21 Feb for a
    confession that everyone has known, idiotic!
    My favorite Yau-Man and Sweet P were voted out from
    Survivor: Micronesia (Fans vs Favorites) + Project Runway (Season 4) on 21 Feb!
    Ashlee Simpson's second single has leaked to the internet on 22 Feb - "Little Miss Obsessive". The song features the Plain White T's lead singer, Tom Higgenson on vocals, serious addictive!

    Crazeeee Diet Mode!

    叉燒包一係走包,一係走叉燒.蝦餃要飛沙走皮.燒賣要走肥肉.
    春捲一係吃皮,一係吃料,一係吃半條.
    雞紮就唔該浸浸水,兼飛走快腐皮.
    奶黃包不嬲D奶黃都唔慌多,可以吃晒, 但係件包食就吃半個就好喇!
    蒸豉椒排骨,就走肥肉,基本上即係唔使食,成件排骨都咁肥美.
    蛋撻就齋食中間個篤甜嘢,嚴重走酥皮或撻皮.
    山竹牛肉,免死.吃1,冇咩事嘅.
    粉果個層厚過腳皮嘅皮,萬萬不能吃,兼且記住走肥肉, 花生就算啦,得個一,二粒.
    鳳爪,走皮;但係得返條"早操夜操"嘅腳筋,吃黎做乜??
    咪以為好好collegan.買盒skII好過.
    腸粉嘅話,係咁易highD汁醬就好收手喇; 千祈咪啖啖豉油,啖啖醬.
    煎糕類,四個字:"又肥又滯";小吃當怡情,大吃就會亂性.
    臘腸捲係一項偉大的發現,食一個,可以飽滯成日,夜晚餐飯即可慳番.
    乾炒牛河,我認為只有孫燕姿有本錢食.
    鴛鴦飯D鴛鴦汁唔好搏命咁撈飯.澄澄白白咁,好似齋,D都唔瘦.
    福建炒飯D汁料跟鴛鴦汁同grade,有殺冇陪.
    甜品類:我冇資格講,我實會食晒,一滴不露.
    閣下可能會認為,咁吃法,不如唔好食!!!
    如果唔想吃得咁有守則,都仲有一個更容易的秘技
    只吃七,八成飽,就即刻收手收口.包唔會肥.
    食物簡直係人類的天敵,你幾時會見"埃賽俄"嘅人肥???
    減肥;如果你天生似尊佛,唔喜歡郁動,就記住一個字"忍忍口"
    食得小心D(例如以上列舉的食法)又或者食七至八成飽;長久必會有收穫.
